Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. B “Königstiger” – German heavy tank, the largest and heaviest tank of World War II used in the battle.

The name “Königstiger” means the Bengal tiger, but the Allied troops mistakenly adopted the name Royal Tiger after literal translation from German.
They came to the Tigers II units from February 1944. The biggest advantage of the Tiger II was its cannon. The 88-mm gun was a modernized version used in the first Tiger.
