Detailed description

Cobi plane Concorde 1917
DESCRIPTION

Concorde is a supersonic aircraft. It was the idea of companies operating from both France and Great Britain to offer supersonic flight. It first flew in 1969. Seven years later it was put into service and lasted 27 years. It flew mostly transatlantic routes. From London Heathrow (British Airways) and Paris Charles de Gaulle (Air France) to JFK airports in New York and Dulles in Washington. It reached record speeds; the flight took half the time of a conventional airplane. Due to high production costs and expensive use, only 20 units were produced. Concorde's last flight took place on November 26, 2003.
The COBI world becomes a model with the Concorde G-BBDG supersonic aircraft. This was a British Airways test model. It was used in test flights for several years and was never put into service. Over time, it began to be used as a basis for spare parts for other boats in use. Since 2003 the aircraft has been on display at Brooklands Museum (Weybridge).
The Concorde brick set is precisely mapped using up to 455 parts. Using high quality prints to reproduce the markings on the aircraft, this model will really appeal to those builders who like the details of their kits. The high quality of this set means that the prints won't wear off over time or due to a little hand play. The aircraft is equipped with a fully functional undercarriage. When the wheels are extended, they can be rotated. The direction of the rudder is also movable. This Concorde model is an excellent set for all aviation enthusiasts as well as building kit fans.
