The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product demonstrations.

Our products include finnish VAT 25.5% .

 

Ordering

The buyer must be of legal age, at least 18 years old. Younger then 18-year-olds may only order with the consent of their guardian.

Delivery methods and delivery costs

We deliver our customers' orders all over Finland except Åland. Deliveries to other countries must be agreed separately. It is possible to send an order from us to almost any country in the world. Note! The customer is responsible for the additional costs arising from deliveries, such as the additional costs arising from the border and customs regulations of the country of destination.

We will send the ordered products via Matkahuolto or Posti within 2-5 working days of receiving the order.

Non-collectible package is not a refund! We will charge € 13.80 for a non-picked package.

 

Pick-up from the shop in Lappeenranta

The customer could pick up the order from our Lauritsala-store in Lappeenrant without any delivery costs. We will notify you by e-mail or by phone when the products you have ordered are available for pick-up.
