Karhu GH Helmet Description Karhu baseball helmets are EC type-tested. The products comply with the requirements of VPn No. 1406/93 (CE). Thanks to the safe, air-conditioned and light (300g) helmet, playing comfort is just right. The baseball helmet is only intended for playing and practicing baseball. The use of a helmet is only allowed when playing with an official baseball, as well as Karhu 's hobby and school baseballs. Material: Outer HD/PE plastic Inner: two-piece PE cushion with molded foam pads Colors: Yellow, red, blue, white and black Size: XS (adjustable to size 50-56) S/M (adjustable to size 51-58) L/XL (adjustable to size 54-61) Instructions for use: The helmet has two parts attached with screws, which are attached to each other with adjustment screws. Before putting the helmet into use, do the following: 1. Check the helmet for damage. 2. Check the snap fastening of the chin strap of the helmet. Fitting: Loosen the four adjustment screws of the helmet a few turns. Put the helmet on so that its front edge is about a finger's width away from your eyebrows. To adjust the size of the helmet, fit the front of the helmet over the back until the helmet fits snugly on the head. Tighten the adjustment screws. Be careful that both sides of the helmet are at the same level. Adjust the chin strap to a sufficient tension. Make sure the helmet stays on the head well. Accessories: No accessories may be attached to the helmet. Maintenance: Regular inspection of the helmet is a necessary procedure. If the helmet has received a hard impact or has scratches or surface damage, or the helmet's protective ability is limited in some other way, the helmet must be immediately replaced with a new one. Before and after each use, make sure the helmet is intact. Do not change the structure of the helmet in any way. Do not use paint, cleaning agents, adhesives or chemicals. Cleaning is done with mild soapy water.
