Bauer N SX Elbow Pad is a great choice for the new hockey or recreational player who wants a higher level of comfort, protection and mobility. The N SX features thick foams and plastic inserts in key impact areas such as the bicep and forearm for strategic coverage. Bauer used its unique split elbow pad and independent bicep designs to provide mobility usually reserved for more expensive pads. Both of these features help not only promote better range of motion, but also prevent gaps in protection by keeping the pads in place during dynamic movements. Internally, Bauer N SX uses thick medium density foams for comfort and shock absorption. Then on top of that is a hydrophobic mesh that is super soft and does a good job of wicking away moisture as well.
