Warrior Alpha One helmet combo introduces the new OmniShock + protection system, which provides the next level of protection by integrating Viconic 3D TPU housings and Impax speed protection into a one-piece shell. Viconic 3D capsules are used in critical impact areas (front, back and sides of the head) and handle low, mid and high energy impact in both linear and rotational motion better than any Warrior foam ever used. On top of the EPP rubber coating, the Alpha One uses Impax rubber, which is very comfortable and also improves total protection. Gone are the days of the multi-piece shell and 2018's janitors are the True One-Piece for Warrior . Not only does the one-piece allow them to build the Alpha One with a lower profile, it also better absorbs and distributes impact energy. Another significant change in the Alpha One helmet is Boa's AdaptaFit 360 system. Traditional hockey helmets have a front-to-back adjustment system, but with a quick twist of the Boa dial, it provides a perfect 360-degree custom wrap around the head. The Alpha One comes with a sticker pack that lets you customize the look and match your team's colors.
