An insufficiently lubricated carpet wears out faster and the increased friction strains the motor and electronics. In normal home use (maximum use time 1 hour / day), the lubrication of the treadmill should be checked at least once a month, however, the mat should only be lubricated when it is necessary. In more demanding use, the lubrication should be checked more often than mentioned. Approximately 30 ml of T-Lube S speed lubricant is normally used for one lubrication.
