With Spinner, find the center of your body, which is the basis of all balance. With a spinner, you can practice without ice, e.g. pirouettes, step sets, jumps and descents. With regular training, you will improve quickly in maintaining balance, weight transfer, e.g. in jumps, steps, and rotation and its speed.

Exercise either under the supervision of your coach, in your group's joint exercises, or at home. While preparing for the competition, you can practice, for example, in the corridors of the ice rink.

The spinner is used in the coach training of the Suomen Taito Skating Association.
